At Tapzoo Travel, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains how refunds are handled for payments made on our website or through our booking channels.


1. Refund Eligibility

Customers may request a refund subject to the terms mentioned below:

  • Refunds are applicable only as per the Cancellation Policy of the booked tour or service.

  • Refund requests must be submitted through email or official contact number.

  • Refund eligibility depends on the type of package, service provider policies, and time of cancellation.


2. Refund Process

  • Once a refund request is approved, the refund amount will be automatically credited to the original payment method used during booking.

  • Refunds are processed via the same mode of payment (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet).

  • No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.


3. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

  • Actual credit time may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment gateway.

  • Tapzoo Travel is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers.


4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • No-shows or failure to report for the tour

  • Unused or partially used services

  • Bookings marked as non-refundable

  • Cancellations made after the tour start date

  • Force majeure events where recoveries are not possible from service providers


5. Return Policy (Services)

Since Tapzoo Travel provides travel and tourism services, physical returns do not apply.
A “return” is treated as a service cancellation, and the refund will be processed as per the applicable cancellation and refund terms.


6. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued:

  • If a portion of the service is unavailable

  • If a booking is modified or canceled partially

  • After deduction of applicable service charges, taxes, and supplier penalties


7. Cancellation by Tapzoo Travel

If Tapzoo Travel cancels a service due to unavoidable reasons:

  • Customers may opt for a full or partial refund (after deducting non-recoverable costs), or

  • Choose an alternate travel date or credit note


8. Taxes & Charges

  • Convenience fees, service charges, and taxes may be non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.

  • Bank or payment gateway charges, if any, are non-refundable.
