Cancellation Policy
At Tapzoo Travel, we aim to provide transparent and fair policies for cancellations and refunds. Please read the following carefully before making a booking.
1. Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp. The date of receipt of the cancellation request will be considered as the cancellation date.
Cancellation charges depend on the time of cancellation and the type of services booked (hotels, transport, flights, activities, etc.).
Standard Cancellation Charges
- More than 30 days before departure:
10% of total tour cost (service charges) - 15 to 29 days before departure:
25% of total tour cost - 7 to 14 days before departure:
50% of total tour cost - Less than 7 days before departure:
100% of total tour cost (No refund)
Note: Some hotels, airlines, and special packages may have non-refundable policies, which will override the above terms.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting cancellation charges, bank fees, and service charges.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment or via bank transfer.
- Refund processing time is 7–14 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
- No refund will be provided for:
- No-shows
- Early departures
- Unused services
- Partially used packages
3. Cancellation by Tapzoo Travel
In rare cases where Tapzoo Travel cancels a tour due to unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, insufficient bookings, etc.):
- Customers may choose an alternate tour date, future travel credit, or
- A refund after deducting non-recoverable costs, if any.
4. Flight, Train & Bus Bookings
- Cancellation and refund of flight, train, or bus tickets are subject to the respective service provider’s policies.
- Tapzoo Travel is not responsible for changes or cancellations made directly by airlines or transport providers.
5. Special Tours & Peak Season
- Packages booked during peak season, festivals, long weekends, or special events may have stricter cancellation policies.
- Certain promotional or discounted packages may be non-refundable.
6. Amendment Policy
- Any changes to travel dates, hotels, or services after booking are subject to availability and additional charges.
- Amendment requests must be made in writing and approved by Tapzoo Travel.
7. Force Majeure
Tapzoo Travel shall not be liable for refunds due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural calamities, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, or government restrictions. Refunds, if any, will depend on recoveries from service providers.
